Because each of our divine products is custom crafted on-demand to ensure ultimate freshness and quality, please review our tailored shipping and return guidelines below.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Unlike mass-produced cosmetics, MAVAYA Beauty products are freshly formulated and custom-made to order.

  • Production Time: Please allow approximately 1 week for our laboratory to craft and package your custom order prior to shipment. Processing times may vary slightly based on order size and formula complexity.

  • Tracking: As soon as your ritual products are prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a dedicated tracking number to follow their journey.

2. Shipping Times & Destinations

Our primary market is the United States, but we proudly deliver our beauty rituals worldwide. Estimated delivery windows post-production are as follows:

  • United States (Primary Market): 5 to 7 business days.

  • Canada: Up to 10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Up to 3 weeks depending on the destination country.

3. Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the bespoke, custom-made nature of our freshly crafted products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind or if a product shows signs of normal wear and tear over time.

  • Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items: The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete. In the rare event that your product is faulty upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will gladly organize a complimentary replacement for you.

4. International Shipping Limitations

Please note that tracking and return guarantees may vary based on international carrier rules. Specifically, returns, replacements, and specialized claims are strictly unavailable for international shipments handled via Chit Chats International Tracked services.
