MAVAYA Beauty — Return & Refund Policy

At MAVAYA Beauty, we want you to absolutely love your sacred beauty rituals. Because each of our lip scrubs, lip conditioners, and cosmetics is freshly formulated and custom-packaged on-demand exclusively for you, our production model differs from traditional mass-market brands.

Please carefully review our return, exchange, and refund guidelines below before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final (Hygiene & Custom-Made Policy)

Due to the custom-made, bespoke nature of our on-demand formulations, and for strict consumer hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind. Once an order is submitted to our laboratory, production begins immediately. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements if you decide you prefer a different flavor/shade, or if you simply change your mind post-purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We take immense care in preparing your orders, but in the rare event that your product arrives faulty or incomplete, we will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement.

  • What Is Covered: We will replace any item that is defective upon arrival, damaged during the formulation process, or if an incorrect item/flavor was dispatched by mistake (e.g., if you ordered a Mango Sugar Lip Scrub but received a different variant).

  • What Is Not Covered: We cannot provide replacements or refunds for products that have been damaged through personal neglect, everyday use, or wear and tear after arrival.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your delivery. To help us process your request swiftly, please include:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #MAVAYA1001)

  2. A clear photograph showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received.

Once verified by our team, we will coordinate directly with our fulfillment facility to ship your brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. International Shipping Limitations

Please note that specialized return claims, international carrier guarantees, and replacements are strictly unavailable for international orders dispatched via Chit Chats International Tracked services.
